First all my just debts prior to the date of this indenture Drs bills and funeral expenses be first fully paid.

Second I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal to M. Lucy Beckham of Walnut P O. Co. Newton State of Ark. to have to hold and unto her heirs and assign forever

Third - I nominate and appoint the said M. Lucy Beckham to be the executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this - day of May 12 AD 1923.

Signed sealed - published and declared as and for his last will and testament by the above named testor in our presence who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other signed our names as witnesses thereto.
