To my cousan John Jones and his wife Rebecca T. Jones all the Lands and appartuniences belonging to me lying and being in the County of Newton and State of Arkansas so together with one ox wagon during the term of their natcheral lif Likewise I make constitute And appoint my said cousan John Jones and his wife Rebecca T. Jones to be Executors of this my Last Will and testament hereby _____ By me mad in witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Third day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Two

The abov written instrument was mad subscribed by the said Thomas Jones in our presents and Acknowledged by him to Each of us and he at the same time published and declard the abov instrument to subscribed to be his Last Will and testament and we of the Testators Request and in his presents have signed our names as witness hereunto and written oppossit our names our Respective place of Residence

I Fountain King after Being duly Sworn do state that the instrument hes presenting for probate preporting to be the last will and testament of Thomas Jones deceased is ginnuine and the same Instrument that the testator mad published and subscribed as his Last will and Testament that the testator Thom Jones did Subscribed his name to the Same in my presents and that he was of Sound mind and disposing memory and that my signature to the abov insrument is ginnuine and I subscribed my name thereto in the presents of the testator and at his request I further state the date and residence in the instrument abov as correct I further state the oath attesting witness above Abner S Lee Subscribed his name to the same Instrument in the presents of and at the Request of the testator also in my present and that the Same is a nonresident at this time his whereabouts not Known

I Mary D Jones after being duly sworn do state that the instrument here presented purporting to Be the Will and Testament of Thomas Jones and is the same that I saw him mak Published and Subscribed and that he was in Sound mind mind and one of the Subscribing witness Abner S Lee Subscribe his name at the Request of the testators and in my present I father state that I was with the Testator all the time during his Last illness and that he was of sound mind and Deposing memory all the time untill after the instrument presents as his last will were mad and published and and that I frequently herd him speak of his intention prior to making of his will and that he intended to mak his will as it is here presented that the subscribing witness is Abner S Lee is a nonresident and his Residents not known
