

Comes John Dixon of Western Grove, Arkansas, and in Good health and In his proper mind, and makes this his last will and Testament, on this the 24th day of Nov. 1910.
I hereby bequeath all of my property both Real Estate and that may here after be acquired and all Chattels Consisting of a span of mules and wagon, house hold Goods, etc. and ever thing that I possess now, or may hereafter acquire to my wife Missie Dixon, to Keep and use for her self and for the education and maintenance of my three children, Mamie, Walsie, John Dixon or my other heirs that may be born to my wife and my self.
I wish also to bequeath to my wife all moneys in my possession, now or any finance that I may hereafter acquire.
To Mandy Dixon I give $1.00, she is my lawful heirs.
I am also expecting to become the
beneficiary of our inheritance through the death of my relatives,
and In case I become the possessor of any thing through such a
source this to, to go to my wife Missie Dixon.
In case of my death abroad, it will be left solely with my wife
as to the place and moreover of Burial, but In case of my death near
or at home in Newton County Arkansas, then I wish to be buried at
Yardelle, Arkansas.
These are my wishes, so help me God,
