Second, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Emma Jane Farmer all the lands of which I shall die siezed to have and to hold for and during her natural life, provided she shall survive me.

The north west quarter of the north west quater of section five and all that part of the north east quarter of the north west quarter of section five lying south of Buffalo Creek and on the west side of the branch between the houses of Hezekiah Villines and John Carlton all in township sixteen north of range twenty one west containing fifty six acres more or less. And also the north half of the south west quarter of section five and the northeast quarter of the south east quarter of section six in township sixteen north of range twenty one, west in Newton County, Arkansas shall revert to, and become vested in my son James W. Farmer in fee simple, provided if my said wife shall not survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath said lands hereinbefore described to my said beloved son James W. Farmer to have and to hold to him and his heirs forever. Provided further that at the time of my death, or if my said wife should survive me, then at the time of her death the said James W. Farmer shall pay to my daughters, Millie Hatfield and Biddie Stricklin and my granddaughter Parlee Long, the sum of fifty dollars each.

Fourth- I give bequeath and devise unto my daughters Millie Hatfield and Biddie Stricklin the reversionary interest in and to all the lands of which I shall die siezed, except the lands hereinbefore described in item third, said lands to be divided equally between my said daughters, theirs and assigns forever subject however to a life estate in my said wife, and the said Millie Hatfield and Biddie Stricklin are not to have or take any interest in the said lands above described in item third herein ?

Fifth- I give and bequeath unto my said son James W. Farmer and my said daughters Millie Hatfield and Biddle Strickland and my said granddaughter Parlie Long the sum of one dollar each.

Sixth, It is my will that if at the time of my death, I should be seized of any personal property not hereinbefore mentioned then after the payment of all my just debts and the expenses of administering on my estate all of my heirs at law shall take said personal property not hereinbefore mentioned according to the statutes of descents and distribution in force in the state of Arkansas at the time of my death.

In the testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal in the presence of B. F. Ruble and James Brasel whom I request to sign this my last will and testament as witness to the execution thereof and to whom I now declare this to be my last will and testament.
