Barbara Ann Keeling, 57, of Johnson died May 30, 2001, at Lincoln. She was born March 17, 1944, in Madison County to Earl and Ami Ball Bowman. She was a member of New Sulphur Free Will Baptist Church in Prairie Grove. Survivors include one son, Steven Edgman of Johnson; one daughter, Michelle Williams of Johnson; two brothers, Ronnie Bowman of Johnson and Troy Bowman of California; one sister, Earlene Maddira of California; five grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville with the Rev. Glenn Faulkner officiating. Burial will be in Huntsville Cemetery. Odessa Kennedy, 95, of Rogers died March 19, 2000, at Eureka Springs Convalescent Center. She was born Jan. 10, 1905, in Red Star to James Jonathan and Rebecca Merrell Stepp. She was retired from General Dynamics Corp. in Fort Worth, Texas, and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Edna B. McDonald and James of Rogers; one sister, Alda Mullins of Clarksville; four grandchildren, Mike McDonald of Brownfield, Texas, Dennis C. McDonald of Rogers, Mark McDonald of Lowell and Patricia McKee of Brussels, Belgium; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Radford-Freewill Cemetery near Red Star with the Rev. Odell Davis officiating. Arrangements are by Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville. Pallbearers will be Mike McDonald, Dennis McDonald, Mark McDonald, Nathan McDonald, Andrew McDonald, Lester Stuckmeyer, Dwight Stepp and Jim Gudger. Mrs. Juanita Elizabeth Kimbrel, 67, of Clarksville died Friday, Jan. 1, 1999, at Johnson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Oakland Street Church and daughter of the late Errol and Pearl Atkins Farris. Survivors include her husband, Ed Kimbrel; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Eddie and Dianne Kimbrel of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Kenny Kimbrel of Springfield, Mo.; two sisters, Emma Freeman and Betty Park, both of Clarksville; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral was at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, at Oakland Street Church with Rev. Carl Sory officiating. Burial was in Mossville Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home. Lucille King, 72, of Decatur died Jan. 12, 2002, at her home. She was born on June 2, 1929, in Newton County to Hershel and Ethel Reynolds Cooksey. She was a Baptist and lived in Arkansas for 43 years. She liked cooking and fishing. Survivors include her husband, Bill King, to whom she was married March 5, 1944, in Jasper; five sons, Gene King of Siloam Springs, Don King of Highfill, Tim King of Siloam Springs, Randy King of Decatur and Tony King of Rogers; three daughters, Shirley Roller of Highfill, Phyllis Rudder of Gentry and Sandra Perkins of Decatur; one brother, Wayne Cooksey of Missouri; two sisters, Delsie Jackson and Jewell Sparks, both of Monte Ne; 36 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sisco Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Garwin Reid officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery in Newton County. 1963 Funeral service for Mrs. Laura Belle Knuth, 72, was held in Roberts Funeral Chapel Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. F.E. Lunsford officiating. The Willie Padgett family of Sallisaw had charge of the music. Interment was in the Westville Cemetery. Mrs. Knuth was born July 2, 1890 at Low Gap, Arkansas, and died Saturday, February 24, 1963 in Memorial Hospital, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Grandsons served as pall bearers and granddaughtes were flower bearers. Survivors include her husband, John of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Bud Lacie, of Westville; six sons, Charlie Elmore, Westville, Russell and Roy Elmore, Portersville, Calif., Troy Elmore, Siloam Springs, Ark., and Doy Lee Elmore of Bokeshe. {sqt} |

Charlotte Rose Krusemark, 77, of Rogers died May 20, 2001, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers. She was born Nov. 7, 1923, in Goodland, Kan., to Milton A. and Edna Rose Rohrbaugh Eversole. She moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1978 from Wichita, Kan. She was a member of First United Methodist church in Bella Vista. Survivors include one son, Richard Krusemark of Rogers; several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Larry R. Williams officiating.
