here is a file on Andrew Jackson and Mary Ann Standridge Hudson there are errors in it and there is one under Speedie Hudson a daughter names as Margaret Elizabeth Ford she is in the wrong place but havn't gotton a new date if wrong or where to put her?? Have not worked on this file most of this info is from C.L. Boyds book, this is his line Martin and Katherine Standridge hope there will be something in there that will help.

Comments- Census records show both Illinois and Tennessee.
It is believed the most likely place to be Union or Jackson county, Illinois, both by Mr.C.L. Boyd And my mother Annie May Fisher Ford,wife of her grandson, John Henry Ford.. John Henry Ford is the son of Speedy Emoline Hudson,daughter of Mary Ann Standridge and Andrew Jackson Hudson.

The above information is the same given to me(C.L. Boyd) verbally by my mother Annie May Fisher, Ford, widow of John Henry Ford. John Henry Ford was her grandson and his mother Speedy Emoline Hudson was her daughter .Her husband was William Hughey Ford. Speedy and William Hughey are buried in the Boyd Cemetery.

Mary Ann (Polly) Hudson may have married first to a Chism who was a son of Sarah Chism And listed in the 1870 Richland Township, Newton County, Arkansas census. I have been unable to find a marriage record on this marriage, but since Polly's brother, Francis M. Hudson married to Susan Chism, I feel that this may be correct. Polly has a Chism daughter, Jane Chism.

Mary Ann (Polly) married second to James Keener on March 19, 1874 ( Conway A- 109 ). This was a second Marriage for James Keener, as his first wife had died. The marriage record in Conway County spells his name Keener, but Mary's tombstone at Old Hickory Cemetery spells it Kiner. There is a photo in Boyd's book with Mary and two unknown women on page 472 in the old book.

Info from C.L Boyd book and Edna, also source for Polly's family is Bill Huff, 6116 Old Clovis Hwy., route 4, Roswell, New Mexico 88201. He has a book entitled, "Huff Tales and Trails" with 280 pages of family infromation .
