JEFFERSON LEROY RANEY

Jeff, I believe, was the most misunderstood person I'd ever met. It is always true that your children will pick up that one little bad word and say it so well. Bad habits, oh yeah! It's cute for awhile 'til it is in front of grandma, the preacher, or their teacher. But they are forgiven and soon forgotten.

As we grow we seem to have a tale that follows us, our whole life. All things said, done, didn't do, shouldn't, could-of, would-of, they plague us 'til the day we die.

[Be as little children], the Bible speaks, Humm, I wonder if there is a connection. Because the man I knew had many sides to him. Yes, the temper was the al-mighty curse. But as I saw him approach wild life in need, I was always amazed. He was in touch with nature as I have never seen. The blessings he incurred from only the Lord of above. His craftmanship, inventions to say the least. Well, all I can say is shame on you...for not becoming a child for just a awhile, and to have had the chance to see his works.

He gave more then his anger could have ever took away. Rest in peace... You will always have a place in my heart, I am ever so grateful.
Your granddaughter, Denise
