Back in the 70's, Don Johnson was very active in family research. He descends from Samuel Deatherage Edgemon through Thomas R. Edgmon. Throughout his research, he noted family census information. He has shared those notes with me. I have also accumulated census data via soundex, microfilm, and printed census transcripts. I have added notes. The combination of that data is presented here.

The purpose of the information presented throughout Edgmon and Related Lines:
              1. To aid all interested parties in their research of family members.
              2. To make contact with family members.
              3. To bond family.

              Honor this family and yourself.

At the click of a button, the internet allows us to make contact
with individuals. I have found alot of very nice family members
through the use of the internet. I have also found individuals who
use a variety of email addresses as well as an assortment of names
'identifying' themselves...To me, such tactics are out of line,
especially when attempting to contact individuals about genealogy
and family history. I strongly feel that persons who use such
tactics are deceptive. I will NOT allow this website to be a
forum for those persons to carry out their deceptive practices.
