Mrs Daphne Lydia Clark 69, Route 1, Springdale, died July 13 in the Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born March 14, 1910 at Kingston, she was the daughter of the Rev. Jim and Scenia Moore Grigg, the widow of Joseph Samuel Clark and was a member of Regular Primitive Baptist Church in Elm Springs.

Survivors include one son, Willie J. D. Clark of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Geneva Pennington of Fayetteville; two sisters, Mrs Lonnie Cook and Mrs. Ettie Thomas of Springdale; and three Grandchildren.

Services were at 10 A.M. Tuesday, July 17. She married Joseph Samuel Clark, in Madison County, Arkansas born on 14 Sep 1905 in Newton County, Arkansas. Joseph Samuel died in Springdale, Washington Arkansas on 8 Jul 1978 he was 72 Buried in Friendship Cemetery Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas.
