Survey of Standish
This is a plan or Description of a Tract of Land of the contents of six miles square, surveyed and laid out by me the subscriber by virtue a Grant made by the Great and General Court at their Sessions April the 13, 1750, to Capt. Moses Pierson and Capt. Humphrey Hobbs and Companys with their Associates.
Bounded as Follows Viz. Southerly by two Narraganset Townships viz. No. 1 and No. 7, Westerly by Saco River, Northerly by Province Land, Easterly by Presumscot River and Sebago Pond, and continuing the most Northernmost line, so far into the Pond as to bring the outlet to bare Southeast as the pricht line Shews including the Islands therein Described to make up for allowance for Ponds within said Bounds or lines which I have faithfully and impartially surveyed.

York S.S. Falmouth May 16, 1750 Then Mr. John Small appeared and made oath that he has faithfully and impartially surveyed the above said Tract of Land as it is described in said Plan and Mr. Timothy Worster and Mr. Francis Peabody, Jr., Chainmen, made oath that they have been faithful in their respective trust as Chainmen.
