Column 1: Each Proprietors' Right consisted of three lots. The first division was of 30 acre lots. The first column is the 30 acre lot number, which also coincides with the "Right number". Note that lot nos. 124-143 were in the first division, but they were not part of a Proprietors' Right. They were additional lots created to induce more to settle in the new plantation. Two plans were recorded, showing these lots. The first was recorded in Planbook 16, page 17, and the second in Planbook 17, page 16, both at the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds.
Column 2: The second division was lots of 100-acres.
Column 3: The third division was lots of 100-acres.
Column 4: Names of the owners of the rights, and a deed reference. Deed references preceeded by "YCRD" are to deeds at the York County Registry of Deeds. All others are at the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds.
