He is reference number 900. Brenda Mullins of Pike Co. KY, wrote
in her "Johnson Kinfolk" which Iacquired at the Martin, KY. LDS Library,
states that: "Tradition is thatThomas married, took his wife and started
to Missouri on the MississsippiRiver. His wife contracted Yellow Fever and died.
After burying her, hecontinued his trip
and was never heard from again.
Thomas Johnson and Catherine Robinson were married on May 22, 1860.2
