Descendants Of Thomas Johnson Sr. Of Pike Co., KY

They say “You can't go home again!”, but I'd like to differ with that. During the last five years, I have not only been there, but found so many of my wonderful family, I had never known before, as well as old friends, it seems as though I had never left. Thanks for welcoming me home Folks.

Am Ellen (Johnson) Carper, and was born in Skull hollow in Weeksbury, Floyd County, Kentucky; Lived, while young, with my grandmother and three uncles; Spending some time with my Grandfather and his second family also, and I came to love the beautiful hills surrounding us. At the age of eleven, my mother remarried and brought me to Ohio. We have lived in the Southern hills here, since then, and I lost touch with my Kentucky home folks. Now through Genealogy and research, I've found them again, and happiness abounds.
