By contributing material:
You can submit digitized photographs and documents, family tree information,
commentaries and histories, or research notes. Read more below and then
contact
me with questions or to make your contribution.
All digital images and documents must be full-size, at a resolution of
no less than 150 and no more than 300 ppi (pixels per inch), and in JPEG
format. (I recommend that you scan your
images or documents at 600 ppi and save them in a TIFF format initially, and
then send me a reduced file with the specifications just described. In this
way you will have a master copy for
yourself which you can share with others electronically or print out.)
If you have written something that pertains to the Sacramento Valley or the families
that lived there, and feel it is suitable for publication here, please
contact
me to discuss your writing.
If you are researching a person, family, or place discussed on this web site, you
can post a research note with your e-mail
address. These notes will help other researchers working on the same topics
to find you. Visit the research notes page for
instructions.
