Martha Mabry's Will

Georgia, Walton County

This Last Will and testament of Mrs. M.F. Mabry.

I, Mrs. M.F. Mabry of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills all wills heretofore made by me.
I give and bequeath to my son Jesse East a certian tract of land whereon he now lives; containing seventy five acres, bounded on west and south by W.T. Allgood, east by lands belonging
to the eststate G.E. Selman, north by Mrs. Harrison Allen, also all of my household and kitchen furniture and wearing apparell so long as he shall live and at his death to be equally divided between the following children on my said son Jesse East, to wit: William East, Mary Lou East, Pleman Jackson East, and George East, share and share alike.
In the testimony whereof, I have here to set my hand this 20th day of March 1905.

I wish all my debts to be paid.

I, W.L. Blasingame do swear that I as well as B.F. Blasingame and Harrison Allen saw the within named Mrs. M.F. Mabry sign and publish the within attached paper as her last will and testament; That I subscribe the same as witness thereto, at the special instance and request of Mrs. M.F. Mabry and in her presence, as did also B.F. Blasingame and Harrison Allen, in presence of Testatrix of each other; that the said Mrs. M.F. Mabry signed the same freely and voluntarily, and was
at the time of such signing, of sound and disposing mind and memory.
