LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
This is the last will and Testament of me Peter Himelman of South East Passage, Farmer.
First, I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my Executors as soon after my decease as possible.
Second, I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Caroline all my real and personal property of whatsoever kind or wheresoever situate for and during the term of her natural life.
Third, after the death of my said wife I direct my Executors to sell and dispose of all the real Estate and personal property and make division of the Same as follows: To my Son Joseph Three Hundred and fifty-dollars to my daughter Mary wife of Thomas Fisher one hundred and fifty-dollars. The remainder to be divided in four equal shares namely to my Sons James, Joseph, Arthur, and the children of William, deceased named Janet, William, and Catherine who receive their fatherís Share will share and share alike. Next I give and bequeath to my Grandson William a chest of tools formerly belonging to my Son William. As regards that part of my House which my Son Joseph now occupies it is my will that he shall have the use of it during the lifetime of my Said wife.
I nominate constitute and appoint my Said Sons James and Joseph to be the Executors of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I the Said Peter Himelman have hereto Set my hand and Seal this thirty-first day of January A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five.
