     Milo Somers was born on May 16, 1837 in Barnet, Vermont.1,2,3,4 He was the son of Alexander Somers and Sarah Jane Eames.1

     He appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Barnet, Caledonia County, Vermont in the household of Cloud Harvey and Parnel Strobridge.5

     Milo married (1st) Isabella Harvey, daughter of Duncan Harvey and Phebe Ann Hight, on Jul 11, 1861.1

     Milo married (2nd) Alice Ann Harvey, daughter of Duncan Harvey and Phebe Ann Hight, on Aug 3, 1867.1

     Milo and Alice appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Marion, Marshall County, Iowa, enumerated Jun 25, 1870. Also in the house were Lucy Somers and Herbert Somers, possibly Milo and Alice's children.3

     Milo married (3rd) Margaret Jamison.1

     Milo and Margaret appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Vienna, Marshall County, Iowa, enumerated Jun 3, 1880, with their son William and Milo's son Bruce.2

     Milo died circa 1898.1
