NOTE
This man and another Bartholomew Somers in this site have data in common. One source, History of Barnet, Vermont, pages 609 and 617, shows two men named Bartholomew Somers; they have different birth dates and parents, but each has two wives with nearly the same names and with nearly the same marriage dates. Clearly, one or both of these entries is wrong. Another source, History of Ryegate, Vermont, page 529, agrees with the parentage of Bartholomew Somers on page 609 of the Barnet book. Any help resolving the conflicting data would be appreciated.Sources
