     Tine Holtzermann was born circa 1843, Ohio.1,2,3,4 She was the daughter of Jacob Daniel Holtzermann and Johanna L. Dettmer.

     Her "proper" name is probably one of the various names that have been found so far, mostly in census records - Georgena, Georgeanna, Georgiana, Georgiania and Georgina; Tine is probably a nickname.

     Georgena appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Piqua, Washington Township, Miami County, Ohio in the household of her parents.1 Georgeanna appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Piqua, Miami County, Ohio in the household of her parents.3

     Tine married Rudolph Gagg on Sep 17, 1863 in Miami County.5,6,7

     Georgiana and Rudolph appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Terre Haute, Vigo County, Indiana, enumerated Jun 16, 1870, with their children Oscar, Ernest and Jacob, and domestic Amanda Freed.8

     Georgiana and Rudolph appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Terre Haute, Vigo County, Indiana, enumerated Jun 9, 1880, with their children Adolph, Oscar, Ernest, Karl, Minnie, Louis and Lillie.2

     Georgiania, widowed, appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of 16_ Biddle Street, Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin in the household of her son Louis.4 Georgina appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of 150 Biddle Street, Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin in the household of her son Louis.9

     Tine died in Oct, 1921.10 She was buried on Oct 19, 1921 in Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua.11
