     Louis appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of 608 17th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, enumerated Jan 14, 1920. Also in the house were his mother Elise, his sister Johanna, and his niece and nephew Leonore and Jacob.7

     He appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of 608 17th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota in the household of his mother.8

     Louis died in Nov, 1931 at the age of 67 years and 1 month.1 He was buried on Nov 12, 1931 in Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua.1
