Descendants of Samuel Brooks
     Florence Lindsay Brooks was born on Nov 16, 1864 in Québec.2,1,3,4,5 She was the daughter of George Washington Brooks and Mary Olive Crosby.1 She was baptized on Mar 1, 1878 at the Congregational Church in Sherbrooke.1

     She appeared with her parents on the 1881 Canadian Census of Sherbrooke, North Ward, Sherbrooke, Québec in the household of her grandmother Sally Stockwell.3 She appeared on the 1901 Canadian Census of Sherbrooke, North Ward, Sherbrooke, Québec in the household of her mother.4

     Florence died in 1939 at the age of 74 years.2,5 She was buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Sherbrooke.5
