     John and Annie appeared on the 1901 Canadian Census of Winnipeg, Winnipeg, Manitoba, with their children Annie, Mary and Florence. Also in the house were boarders Harriett Lucks, Adeline Rumball and Beatrice Rumball, domestic Annie Quinn, and lodgers Jennie C. Weed, Fred J. Weed, Thos Robertson, John A. Grant, Wm H. Grant, John F. Ferguson, Geo O. Edwards and Harry R. Page.2

     John and Annie appeared on the 1906 Canadian Census at 236 Donald Street, in Winnipeg District, Ward Two, Manitoba, enumerated Jun 25, 1906, with their children Mary and Florence. Also in the house were 11 boarders and 4 servants.5
