     Mary Abigail Sanborn was born on Apr 25, 1860 in Québec.2,3,4,5 She was the daughter of John Sewall Sanborn and Nancy Judson Hazeltine. She was baptized on Aug 16, 1860 at the Congregational Church in Sherbrooke. Witnesses were J. S. Walton and J. T. Brooks.2

     Mary appeared on the 1881 Canadian Census of Sherbrooke, Sherbrooke, Québec in the household of her half-brother Samuel.4 Mary appeared on the 1901 Canadian Census of 3 Bellevue Avenue, Sherbrooke, Sherbrooke County, Québec in the household of her half-sister and brother-in-law, Ellen and Henry D. Lawrence.3

     Mary died in 1920 at the age of 59 years.5 She was buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Sherbrooke.5
