Another Incendiary Fire on the farm of Mr.Alloway at Bray.
On Wednesday evening this neighbourhood was thrown again into consternation by a fire breaking out about half-past five o'clock at Stood Farm, Bray, belonging to
Mr.Alloway. It will be recollected that we gave the particulars of a destructive fire that took place on that farm on the 2nd of last month, which was no doubt the act of an incendiary, but no clue has been obtained of the parties guilty of so infamous an act. On the present occasion, notwithstanding there were engines belonging to Bray, Maidenhead, Taplow, and Windsor, the fire was not subdued until it had destroyed three stacks. We understand that a reward for £100 has been offered for the apprehension of the incendiaries, and that application has been made to the Secretary of State to offer His Majesty's pardon to any accomplice who may be the means of bringing the principal offenders to justice.
