Will of William Spanswick of Hungerford Berks (1866)





This is the last Will and Testament of me William Spanswick of Hungerford in the County of Berks Carrier . I bequeath the sum of Ten pounds to each of my three children Louisa Spanswick , Thomas Spanswick , and Charles Spanswick to be paid to them within six calender months after my decease . I bequeath all my household goods and wearing apparel and all the rest of my money personal estate and property after payment thereout of all my debts and funeral expenses and the aforesaid legacies to my dear wife Jane Spanswick for her own absolute use and benefit I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will and I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time heretofore made And declare this to be my last will and Testament dated this twenty fifth day of April one thousand eight hundred and sixty three

Proved at London 2nd November 1866 by Oath of Jane Spanswick Widow the Relict the Sole Executrix.

On the 2nd day of November 1866 the Will of William Spanswick formerly of Hungerford in the County of Berks Carrier but late of No 7 Wandle Street Croydon in the County of Surrey Scripture Reader deceased who died on the 24th day of September 1866 at 7 Wandle Street aforesaid
