In the name of God Amen I William Spanswick the elder of Croydon in the County of Surrey Blacksmith do make and publish and declare this to be my true last will and Testament that is to say I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kindsoever the same may be Accept my Silver Watch which I do hereby give to my Grandson William Spanswick to be delivered to him at his age of one and twenty unto my dear wife Mary Spanswick and her asigns for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath same and every part thereofunto my son William Spanswick his heirs and asigns absolutely and for ever Subject to and changeable nevertheless with the with the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses And lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other wills made and declare this only to be my last will and Testament and appoint my dear wife Mary Spanswick Sole Executrix thereof In witness whereof I the said Testator William Spanswick (the elder) have hereunto subscribed my name and set my seal this twenty third day of February in the year of our Lord One
