is contained the last Will and Testament of Thomas Spainswicke of Ieston in the Parish of Ashbury in the County of Berks Impris I give and bequeath my Soul unto Almighty God who gave it me and my body
I com(m)it to the Earth in hopes of a joyfull Resurrection to Eternal Life in and through the Merits Death and Passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have Eternal Life And all my worldly Goods as the Lord hath
lent me my true Will and meaning is the same shall be be imployed and bestowed as by this my last Will is expressed Item I give and bequeath unto my two daughters Elizabeth Spainswicke and Jane
Spainswicke all my Leasehold Estate in lying in Sivohamton that I lately bought and purchased of Sr Edmund Warneford and the Leases and Evidences thereof to be equally parted between them my said daughters . All the Rest and Residue of my personal Estate of whatsort soever my debts Legacies and funeral Expenses being paid and discharged I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Jane Spainswicke whom I doe make constitute and ordain full and whole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the day and year first above written .
