I Roger Spanswick late of Horseley Hill in the parish of Little Bedwin in Wilts but now of Isbury in the parish of Lambourne Berks yeom do make my will whereby I give devise and bequeath unto my son Roger Spanswick of Isbury aforesaid All that my Estate being a Farm with all right membr…. & appurtenses thereunto belonging and also my stock of Corn Goods and Chatteles of every sort and I ha dye possessed of in the Kingdom of England Subject nevertheless and chargeable with the following Legacies -- First I give unto my Son William Spanswick the sum of one hundred and thirty pounds to my Daughter Elizabeth Eighty pounds and to my Daughter Martha Eighty pounds all which Legacys I order to be paid within twelve months after my decease and I make my said Son Roger sole Executor of this my Will I Witness wherof I sett my hand and seal this 29th day of June 1791
