goodness to me My Pres Bed Bedstead two Blanketts and One Sheet One Box with two Drawers Standing on a Frame , A Dressing Table and large looking Glass One Box Iron & Padd , One Quilting Frame, One Tea Kettle and the Tea Earthen Ware an Earthen Coffee pott and Three Earthen Dishes. All the rest of my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (Subject to my Just Debts and Funeral Expenses) I Give and bequeath to my neighbours John Green of Bishopstone aforesaid Butcher and
Thomas Browning of the same place Mason Upon Trust that they lay out and expend the same or any part thereof as to them or the Survivor of them his Executors or Administrators shall deem meet in the Cloathing Breeding up Education or Maintenance or for the Apprenticeing of my Grandson John Spainswick Natural Son of my late Daughter And at his Age of Twenty One years to pay to him all the then residue thereof in their or either of their Hands . But in Case of his Death during his Minority. I give such remainder of my Personal Estate to Christopher Edmonds Son of Abraham Edmonds of Bishopstone aforesaid yeoman. And my will is that they the said John Green and Thomas Browning Shall Totally Indemnify him and themselves all such Costs and Charges that they may happen to Incurr by the Trust hereby in them reposed out of my personal Estate .
