In the Name of God Amen I John Spainsweeke of Bisshopston sick in body but p- hole and sound in mind thanke be geven to Allmightie god Do make this my laste will and Testament in mann[er] and form following first I give and bequeath my sowle unto allmightie god and my body to be byrid in the churchyard of Bisshopston aforesaid Item I geve and bequeath unto my older sonne Martin Spenswicke a Carte and a plow , my wife notwthstanding to have the -- and -- of them - mony[?] her widowhd And if[?] it happen that the said Carte or plo-- do sayle or -- in -- -- Then I will that my wife shall paye unto my sonne Martin the some of Three pounds for the aforesaid Carte and plough Item I give unto my daughter Annis xx to be paid for it at xxi (21) yeres of aidge or at the daye of her maridge yft if be that she happen to marrie before that time . Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Katherine Spainswicke a -- a graye marenl-- Tenn Shepe a brasse pott and a pann to be delived unto her at xx yeres of aige or at her sayed mariadge Item I geve and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Spansweeke xx to be paid unto her at xx [20] yeres of age or at her daye of mariadg as before -- that others, Item I geve unto my youngesfton[?] -- w-- -- w[?] Daughter S--ina[?] two[?] kynd and xx sheepe -- -- my Sister Joan Browninge two k-es to be delivered unto her when a yere nexte after my decease . The condicon of this p--- obligacon is such that yf the above bounden Annis Spanswick the relict and Executrix named in the laste will and Testamente of John Spanswick late of Bisshopston in the Countie of Wiltshr deceased do well and trulie satisfie con--- and paye or cause to be paid all and singular the legace gifts and bequests willed geven and bequeathed in and by the laste will of the said deceased according to the t--- effert and true meaninge of the same whout all s--- deceipher or f--- or delaye That then this obligacon to be voyde and of none effect or els yt to stande and --bile in his full power and vertue.
