Spanswick late of Shrivenham in the County of Berks Yeoman deceased who died on the Twentieth day of March 1867 at
Shrivenham aforesaid a Widower without Child or Parent and intestate were granted to Her Majesty's Court of Probate at
Oxford to John Spanswick of Eastbury in the County of Berks , yeoman the natural and lawful brother and one of the next
of kin of the said deceased .
