On the Fourteenth day of May 1867 Letters of Administration of all and singular the personal Estate and Effects of Jason Spanswick late of Shrivenham in the County of Berks Yeoman deceased who died on the Twentieth day of March 1867 at Shrivenham aforesaid a Widower without Child or Parent and intestate were granted to Her Majesty's Court of Probate at Oxford to John Spanswick of Eastbury in the County of Berks , yeoman the natural and lawful brother and one of the next of kin of the said deceased .
