In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Spanswick Spinster of Lambourn in the County of Berks but late of the parish of Croydon in the County of Surrey but now of Lambourn aforesaid being of sound and perfect mind and memory do for the disposing of such worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say after my lawful debts and funeral Expenses and paid I give and bequeath unto my Sister Martina Spanswick the sum of five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain and also I give and bequest unto my Cousin Ann Brown Daughter of William Hulcup the Sum of five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain both to be paid imediately at my decease by my Executors herein after mentioned but if the said Ann Brown be dead at the time of my decease the said five pounds to be paid equally between such of her children as shall be then living also my will is that my Goods and Wearing apparel may be disposed of in such manner as shall be mentioned in a paper of my own handwriting for disposing of the same and as for the rest residue and remainder of my goods Chattels and Personel Estate with the sum of one hundred and sixty six pounds seventeen shillings and one penny in the reduced Annuties Consolidated the fifth of April one thousand seven hundred and eighty one and the Sum of Eighty pounds being in the hands of my brother Roger Spanswick left me by my father as also all and singular my Lands Tenements and freehold I give devise and bequeath unto my Brother Roger Spanswick and my Brother William Spanswick and my nephew John Spanswick son of my late Brother John Spanswick deceased to be equally divided between them share and share alike for the following uses (that is to say) for the use of each of them during their respective lives and at their several deaths for each of their respective shares to be divided equally between such of their own children as shall be then living or their childrens children them living to be divided between them But if my Nephew John Spanswick son of my late Brother John Spanswick should not be living at the time of my decease nor have any issue his said share to be divided equally between my Brother Roger Spanswick and my Brother William Spanswick or such of their children as shall be then living and I hereby constitute and appoint my said Brother Roger Spanswick and my said Brother William Spanswick and my Nephew John Spanswick Son of my late Brother John Spanswick joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one
