Administration of Charles Spanswick of Eastbury Berks (1879)





On the Twenty first day of February 1879 Letters of Administration of the personal Estate of Charles Spanswick late of Eastbury in the County of Berks Yeoman deceased who died on the Twenty fifth of December 1878 at Eastbury aforesaid intestate were granted by Her Majesty's High Court of Justice in the District Registry attached to the Probate Division thereof at Oxford to Charles Spanswick of Eastbury aforesaid Postman , one of the natural and lawful Children and one of the next of kin of the said deceased he having first sworn to duly administer . Ann Spanswick the lawful widow and Relict of the deceased having renounced the letters of administration.
