Bethel Cemetery Bethel 1784 1784 161 Carpenter Hill Rd and Bethel Cross Rd.  From Tourism site below, "BETHEL HAMLET was settled ca. 1740 by Lutherans who built the locally known "Old Round Top" church. The ROWE FAMILY BURIAL GROUND  was part of the church cemetery, now divided by a road change."
