LOCATION: Two miles south of Smithfield.
CONDITION: Overgrown and neglected.
INSCRIPTIONS: 81 in number. Copied by L. Van Alstyne of Sharon, Conn.

REMARKS: "The Separate Church" (Congregational) was built south of
Smithfield at an early date. Prior to 1800 the Rev. John Cornwall ministered
to the congregation.
