Watts - Slocum Burying Ground
Small cemetery at intersection of Rt 22 and South St, by Dutcher golf
course. It is immediately adjacent to a restaurant in an old house
(left picture, Rt 22 in background). Quaker Hill Road is visible
across Rt22 in right picture. This is at the southeast entrance into
the village of Pawling. Pawling is a picturesque village, complete
with Revolutionary stories.

St. John's Cemetery (Brownell Ground?)
Active cemetery in the center of the village. Left picture
is visible from the Metro-North train station in the middle of the village
downtown. The right picture is from above the gate area, looking
back toward the train station. The location matches the description
for the Brownell
Ground in the 1924 Poucher book of grave yards. However,
we did not have the opportunity to match the gravestones.
