- Interview with Claud Madison Dutcher (Michigan), by Bertha
Louisa Spears, Abt. 1930. Transcript held by Patricia A. Cummings Bergeron (California).
Kept by Daisy A. Dutcher since interview was completed.
- Ibid., Interview page 2. to that union was born Daisy A.
June 27 1907 at British Col. (attempt is made to scratch out foriegn birth because
of fear during world wars.). Social Security ended the debate of Daisys birth
date i.e. 1907 or 1908. Daisy always said she was born in 1908, but from this
interview it was her father that said 1907. According to the Social Security
Agent when she applied for benefits in 1971, the birth records in Canada burned
in a courthouse fire and they found her school records in Clio, Mi that said
she was born in '08, probably enrolled in school by her mother.
