Anderson/Harbert

Willingboro, New Jersey area

My maternal grandparents were Samuel Stratton Anderson and Helen Celia Harbert. Grandmother's families are the Harberts and Ridgways who have been in New Jersey since the late 1600's. I believe grandmother's Harbert family came from Burlington, N.J. I am still searching for her "Harbert" connection. Grandmother was born near Pemberton, N.J. Samuel and Helen lived in Mount Holly, New Jersey after they were married, in the house grandmother had lived in since she was five years old and had inherited.
Grandfather's father was also named Samuel Anderson and was born in 1828, his mother was Mary Stratton born in 1834.
