William Skillern... appeared before the court on July 24, 1740, to qualify as a land claimant and proved that he paid passage for himself, Elizabeth, George, William, Isabel and Sarah from North Ireland via Philadelphia to Virginia.
His will, dated Jan 16, 1744/45 mentions three daughters but names only two, Isabel and Elizabeth.
