Memorial services were conducted Sunday at the Federated church with the Rev. William Dreyer officiating. Interment was in Mt. Clark cemetery.

Mr. Iehl farmed and operated a dairy business for several years. He was a former member of the Central City board of Education and a director of the Farmers CoOperative Exchange for 12 years, including terms as president of the two organizations. He also served as a director of the Linn CoOp Oil Co., at Marion as secretary and at the time of his death, was a director of the City State Bank, Central City.
