46. George GORDON.[1],[2] Born in 1815 in Co Down, Ireland.[1],[2] George died in Maryvale, Co Down, Ireland on 19 Feb 1851; he was 36.[1],[2] Occupation: Attorney at Monkstown.[1],[2]

George Gordon bought the Maryvale property one mile north of Sheepbridge in County Down, Ireland. [1], [2]

On 17 Feb 1841 when George was 26, he married Olivia PARKER[1],[2], daughter of James PARKER, in Mount Kearney, Co Down, Ireland.[1],[2]

They had the following children:

ii. James[1],[2]. Born ? . James died in Jun 1861 in Moystyn House Seminary, near Chester, England.[1] [Note: drowned while bathing.].

v. Maria[1]. Born ? . Maria died on 7 Mar 1904 in Ireland.[1]

From The Dublin Irish Times of March 9, 1904: "Died, March 7th, at Palmerstoun House, Chapelizod, Maria Gordon, daughter of the late George Gordon, Maryvale, Co Down." [1]
