died in Del Co, PA on 10 Jun 1802; he was 85.[5],[7] Will #303, Letters of Administration
Granted June 11, 1802, Del Co, PA. Occupation: Blacksmith - apprentise
to Amos Chandoler of Chandolers Hollow - and farmer.
Taken from the letter of Edna M. Bullock written 15 Nov 1941:
"He became an apprentise to Amos Chandoler blacksmith of
Chandolers Hollow. He worked at his trade and was engaged in farming
for many years in Del. Co. besides the usual fabrications of the
smithy he manufactured cow bells and sold large quantities of
them in Penna. and Del. and Md. His bells were celebrated for
there tone and superior workmanship." [5]
