Narrative

Ada said to have had 19 children. - (from Sandra Palmer nee Barton) 1911 census - Have 16 children so far. - Book 3 / E-mails / 17 / page 1

Rosina b1915 Drury & Frank William b1918 Drury - BIG question over who was the fathers and over the mother of Rosina

Uncle Larry remembers something odd about the Drury clan too.
His favourite uncle was uncle Len Sadler!!!! half brother to BLD and he recalls there were some more halfs! Len died very young he was a window cleaner and fell off his ladder between building and ladder and killed himself. - (from Sandra Palmer nee Barton) - His brother Robert, also fell of a roof and died, confirmed by Roberts Death certificate - Les Treneman

I always remember nan (Lydia L Cutting) saying that BLD's (Benjamin Lawrence Drury) family didn't like her (Ada)as they felt he married beneath himself, maybe the pot calling the kettle here! Mum also said that BLD worked not far from Lower Thames Street in the large docks
she can't remember if it was Tilbury or St Catherines. Nan was also catholic but due to all the chinanigins everyone married in C of E
or registry and we were all christened C of E. - (from Sandra Palmer nee Barton 2010) - Book 3 / E-mails / 17 / page 4a
