Drake has grown from a small hamlet along the CPR tracks to a modern village where citizens enjoy most of the amenities of life enjoyed by city folk. We felt the spirit of a community that has not just survived, but has partnered with the farming community around it to continually reach into the future to build a better place to work, a more comfortable place to live, and a safe and stimulating place to raise our families.

We love our community. We thank all who joined us to celebrate our roots, to identify the strengths that have made us what we are, and to honour the pioneers who planted us deep in Saskatchewan sod.
