Coincidentally, High Street has a history for me. When we were first married, my husband and I lived at the corner of Garden and High Streets in a two-family house he owned. Also, on High Street, across the street from #5, there was a building with six 6-room cold-water flats which my husband also owned. I am quite sure most of the houses on High Street were boarding houses in earlier days. They all date from the mid to late 19th century and are very large. Little has changed on High Street.13

Tipple, Mary Tipple, Ollie Tipple and Harriet T. Hoffman. Some were removed from other cemeteries. Amelia is in 35-18-2.17
