  | | | confined at Richmond, VA on Feb 17, 1864.   On Feb 18th,   
  | | | he was taken to an Augusta, GA hospital where he died on   
  | | ? the 25th of an unknown disease.  Hiram is buried in the   
  | | | National Cemetery in Augusta, GA.
