9. William Henry² Jones (Thomas¹) was born in Abbeville County, South Carolina 1792. William died 14 NOV 1862 in Saint Clair County, Alabama, at 70 years of age.

He married Sarah A. ?.

William Henry Jones and Sarah A. ? had the following children:

11 i. Lucinda³ Jones was born in South Carolina 1827. She married Mortimer Waters in Merriwether County, Georgia, 16 SEP 1841. (See Mortimer Waters for the continuation of this line.)

12 ii. John Jones was born in South Carolina 1834.

13 iii. William F. Jones was born in Merriwether County, Georgia 1836. William died 1925 in Saint Clair County, Alabama, at 89 years of age.
