4. David² Bell (Robert¹) was born in Buncombe County, North Carolina 1810. David died 1857 in Buncombe County, North Carolina, at 47 years of age.

He married Alzira Williams. Alzira was born in Macon County, North Carolina 1815. Alzira was the daughter of William Williams and Polly ?. Alzira died 24 OCT 1904 at 89 years of age.

David Bell and Alzira Williams had the following children:

7 i. Matilda Leweuse³ Bell was born in Buncombe County, North Carolina 1839. She married S. Newton Garren. S. was born abt. 1836.

+ 8 ii. James Washington Bell was born 1843.

+ 9 iii. Pinkney Marion Bell was born 1845.

+ 10 iv. William Lorin Bell was born 14 MAR 1847.

11 v. John H. Bell was born 1849.

+ 12 vi. Columbus Alexander Bell was born 5 APR 1855.
