Rathaus is this four-story building beige-colored
building with ridged roof lined with small dormer windows. A tower at
one end holds the town clock and and a carrillon.
several large pictures of dignitaries and a
mural showing “Old Passau” painted on the wall at about the third story
level. This building was built in the 14th century and now holds a
museum and reception hall. A
small plaza in front has numerous tables and chairs and look as
if it occasionally is used for outdoor dining.
