| J.P. Weeks was born June 22, 1917 and died Oct 24, 1999 in Dothan, Alabama, Houston County. He Married ETHELINE BEDSOLE on June 10, 1939 in Geneva County, Alabama. He was often called Jake by freinds and family. J.P. was a farmer for most of his life. He worked for many years for the Jeffcoat family from Opp, AL. He farmed the land they owned in Lowery,AL. J.P. and ETHELINE had six children, one of which died at birth. He made a great effort to look after the Weeks Chapel Church and Cemetery for as long as he was able. He lived to see nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. J.P. was a very kind and easy going man who truly loved his family.
